Requirements:

For post 1, Applicants must possess the Fellowship of either of West African College of Surgeons OR National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. He/she must have a SPECIAL interest and Post-Fellowship training in General Surgery. Evidence of Publications in learned

journals will be an added advantage.

For post 2, Applicants must possess the Fellowship of either of West African College of urgeons OR National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria. He/she must have a SPECIAL interest and Post-Fellowship training in Obstetrics &Gynaecology. Evidence of Publications in learned journals will be an added advantage.

For post 3, Prospective candidates are expected to:

(a) be qualified Medical Practitioners (MBBS)

(b) be fully registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN)

(c) have passed the primary examination of any of the Postgraduate Colleges in his/her specialty.

(d) have satisfactorily completed the NYSC programme or be duly exempted from it by NYSC

Directorate.

For post 4, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and must possess B.

Pharm. and the current license to practice as Pharmacist.

Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 5, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and must possess the current license to practice as Physiotherapist. Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 6, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and Bachelor of Science

degree in Radiography from a recognized University or any other equivalent qualification registrable with the

Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria. He/she must have participated in the NYSC programme or be

exempted from the programme.

For post 7, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with

five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be

from the same examination body and Bachelor of Science degree in Optometry from a recognized Universityand the current license to practice as Optometrist. He/she must have participated in the NYSC programme or be exempted from the programme.

For post 8, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and must possess the current license to practice as Medical Laboratory Scientists issued by the MLSCON and must be holders of AIMLS Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS). Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 9, Applicants must possess five or six credit passes at not more than 2 sittings from the same examination body in the West African School Certificate or NECO Certificate and also possess B. Sc. in Dietetics and the current license to practice as Dietician. He/she must have participated in the NYSC programme or be exempted from it.

For post 10, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and B.Sc. or BNSC degree in Nursing registrable with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria. He/she must have undergone his/her internship programme and NYSC.

Possession of a current professional practicing license is mandatory.

For post 11, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and must possess the professional double qualifications of RN plus accredited post-basic Nursing qualification.

Possession of a current professional practicing license is mandatory.

For post 12, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and B. Sc./BA in Social Science or Arts from a recognized institution. He/she must have participated in the NYSC programme or be exempted from it.

For post 13, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and B.Sc. in Environmental Health Science from a recognized institution. He/she must have participated in the NYSC programme or be exempted from it.

For post 14, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies or 120 and 60 words per minute in shorthand and Typewriting respectively from a recognized Secretarial/Technical Institution. He/she must have participated in the NYSC programme or be exempted from it.

For post 15, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and B.Sc./B.Eng. in Civil Engineering. Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce

Exemption Certificate.

For post 16, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and B.Sc./B.Eng. in Electrical/Electronics. Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 17, Applicants must possess five credit passes in the West African School Certificate or NECO Certificate and also possess B. Sc. Accounting from a recognized institution. Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 18, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and Higher National Diploma in Purchasing & Supply or Business Administration. Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 19, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and Higher National Diploma in Electrical Electronics plus at least one year post qualification cognate experience.

Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 20, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering plus at least one year post qualification cognate experience.

Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 21, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering plus at least one year post qualification cognate experience. Candidates must also have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 22, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and B.Sc. or Higher National Diploma in Health Information Management from a recognized Institution He/she must have participated in NYSC or exempted from the programme and registered with the Health Records Officers Registration Board of Nigeria.Candidates must also

have completed the NYSC Programme or produce Exemption Certificate.

For post 23, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and must possess Pharmacy Technician Certificates from School Health Technology.

For post 24, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and must have successfully completed the course of training and passed the prescribed examination for Medical Laboratory

Technician. He/she must be fully registered with the MLSCON Registration Board of Nigeria.

For post 25, Applicants must possess the Senior Secondary School Certificate/West African School Certificate with five credit passes which must include English Language & Mathematics at maximum of two sittings which must be from the same examination body and OND in Health Information Management from recognized institution.

He/she must possess Certificate of Registration of the Health Records Officers Registration Board or Technician Cadres after successful completion of the prescribed training programme.

SALARY:

For post 1& 2: CONMESS 06 i.e. N5,215,786.00– N5,904,920.00 p.a.

For post 3: CONMESS 03 i.e. N2,2777,725.55 – N2,728,604.00 p.a.

For post 4,5,6,7 & 8: CONHESS 09 i.e. N1,316,488.00 – N1,902,642.00 p.a.

For post 9 & 10: CONHESS 08 i.e. N1,113,650.00 – N1,650,392.00 p.a.

For post 11,12,13,14,15,16,
