It also organizes programmes to encourage interaction with the scripture and raises funds for these activities.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resource Officer

Location : Nigeria

The Job Holder

Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.

Provides counseling on policies and procedures.

Is actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements and managing the hiring process.

Creates and implements effective onboarding plans and develop training and development programmes.

Assists in performance management processes.

Supports the management of disciplinary and grievance issues and maintains employee records (attendance, data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.

Personnel/Job Specification

The applicant must:

Have a B.Sc/BA in Business Administration, Social Studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus.

Have proven work experience of a minimum of 2 years as a HR Officer, administrator or other HR position.

Have knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

Understand labour laws and disciplinary procedures

Be proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HR Management Systems is a plus

Have outstanding organizational and time management abilities

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Title: Donors/Members Relations Officer

Location : Lagos

The Job Holder

Creates, manages and updates profiles of Donors on Donor Manager.

Manages, plans, develops, implements and evaluates stewardship plans for assigned donors.

Establishes and maintains relationship with donors, including arranging for courtesy visits by the division or senior management, as the case may be and ensure smooth and successful fundraising events.

Must be willing to have flexible work schedule and travel at short notice.

Personnel/Job Specification

The applicant must:

Have a minimum of HND or 1st degree in Arts/ Humanities with at least 3 years working experience in marketing, public relations or customer relations.

Possess a good public and human relations skills, good communication and presentation skills.

Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Location : Nigeria

Ensures proper functioning of the CCTV/Security System.

Ensures adequate lighting system, constant water and power supply for the office premises.

Ensures regular supply of quality diesel to the generating sets and vehicles.

Ensures preventive maintenance of the building, vehicles, electrical, electronics and plumbing installations.

Ensures evacuation of the septic tank as and when due. Ensure prompt servicing, proper utilization and maintenance of all generating sets.

Prepares accurate daily reports on daily consumption and submit monthly report of the Maintenance Unit activities for the previous month not later than the 4th working day of every month.

Ensures good management of stock with accurate record keeping.

Posts waybills and other stock management documents on Sage Accounting Software promptly.
